The music video begins with a young girl locked away with her mouth removed. The meaning behind this signal is painfully obvious. Notice that she’s wearing red and that’s important, as we know this is a red is a theme between whistleblowers.
As Post Malone is singing “I dare you to do something I'm waiting on you again " he approaches a black horse. Black horse = famine; and its believed by global citizens that there is a shortage/famine of adrenochrome. Thus meaning the elite are going through an adrenochrome withdrawal.
Right before the scene with the famine horse, theres a shot of what seems to be a pigs foot .. upon closer inspection thanks to info warrior @Jessica98658730 on twitter ... it is the severed foot of satan. This is the beginning of the end as we know it, & they're trying to tell us.
The very next verse of the song:

Another thing that I found interesting, is that Post Malone drives the famine horse into this town and saved the young girl in the red dress. As he's going to save her from where she's hiding, zombies are chasing after him. A symbol for elite going through adrenochrome withdrawal ?? I definitely think so ... In other words: there's a shortage of children and he saves the last child he deprives them of any adrenochrome. In return the now sickly and decrepit looking elite are going after whatever brought the famine or a fix.
